Paul Underwood, 81, passed away Saturday, Nov. 16, 2019, at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 23, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. Sixth St., Vinton. A time of remembrance will be held at noon. Family interment will be held at Pratt Creek Cemetery, north of Garrison.
