Paul Slezak, 68, of Ely, died Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Hiawatha. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 3, at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling St. SW, with burial to follow in Rogers Grove Cemetery near Ely. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 2, at Brosh Chapel.
