Paul Norman Bryant passed away on Nov. 9, 2022, surrounded by family.
Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 13, at Lensing’s Oak Hill, 210 Holiday Road, Coralville. The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., following the visitation.. Graveside Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 14, at Memory Garden Cemetery.
Paul was born to William and Hope (Paul) Bryant on Jan. 24, 1958, in Marshalltown, Iowa. On March 31, 2019, Paul married Sharon Newsom.
Paul was employed by Wells Fargo for many years in commercial banking. He enjoyed time spent fishing and camping and he loved his Ford Mustangs.
Paul is survived by his wife, Sharon; stepchildren, Heather (Joe) Dehner, Cody Thomas, Cole (Angela Cassat) Thomas, Greg Grooms, Kevin Grooms and Curtiseena Wenman (John Baxter) Grooms; his brother, Barry (Margaret Sue) Bryant of Marshalltown; father-in-law, Walt Mettler; and numerous grandchildren.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Sharon (Castle), in 2017; and his son, Jeremy, in 1999.
