Paul Dean Marner, 86, died Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2014, at Mercy Iowa City's hospice unit.
Paul is survived by his wife, Fern Hochstetler; three daughters, Bonnie (Don) Oswald of Manson, Donna (Mark) Roth of Wayland and Janet (Roger) Stutzman of Wellman; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Helen (Keith) Erb of Glencroft, Ariz., Wilma Bender of Maumee, Ohio, Shirley (Dan) Lehman of Walnut Creek, Ohio, and Kathy (Lee) Swartzen-druber of Glencroft, Ariz.; and a brother, Wallace G. (Jan) Marner of Bonaparte.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Celebration of Life services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 3, at the Kalona Mennonite Church. The Rev. Scott Swartzen-druber will officiate. Burial will be in Sharon Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 2, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Yoder-Powell Funeral Home in Kalona.
A general memorial fund has been established.
