Paul Johnson, 44, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at Mercy Hospital, Cedar Rapids. A Memorial Service will be held at New City Church at a later date.
Paul was born February 6, 1980, in Iowa, son to Sharon Johnson. Paul worked in Food Service as a manager at McDonald’s and also worked at Burger King, Pizza Hut, and Popeyes for many years. He enjoyed watching the Iowa Hawkeyes and Dallas Cowboys. He loved spending time with his family, working, and drinking Sunkist Orange Soda.
He is survived by his son, Adam Johnson; daughter, Zoey Johnson; cousin, Sarah Lockner; stepparents, Bobbie (Alice) Jones; siblings, Dustin and Catty Jones; stepson, Jared Seegmiller; special friend, Rodney Henderson; and many loving family members.
He is preceded in death by his mother.
