PATRICIA "PAT" F. MORNING
Lac du Flambeau, Wis.
Patricia "Pat" F. Morning, 87, of Minocqua, Wis., formerly of Marion, passed away Friday, Aug. 3, 2018, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids. A Celebration of Life will be held in Lac du Flambeau, Wis., at a later date. Arrangements by Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Marion.
Pat was born March 16, 1931, in Lac du Flambeau, Wis., the daughter of Richard and Louise (Valliere) Sosseur. She married Stanley R. Morning on Aug. 29, 1952, in Quantico, Va. Pat was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. She was employed at Rockwell Collins for many years, retiring in 1987.
Pat is survived by her husband, Stan "Buck" Morning of Lac du Flambeau, Wis.; Jacqulyn Morning of Minocqua, Wis., Jeri (Craig) Rosel of Bertram, Jill (Scott) Morning-Warrick of Marion and Janise (Rodger) Morning-Bailey of Loveland, Colo.; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Joanie-Sue; sister, Verdain; and brother, Duane.
