Patricia A. Mussig, 65, of Tipton, Iowa, died Friday, Nov. 7, 2014, at her daughter's home in Cedar Rapids.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12, at Chapman Funeral Home, Clarence, with the Reverend Ron Lashmit officiating. Burial will be in Lowden Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11, at Chapman Funeral Home, Clarence.
Patricia was born Nov. 6, 1949, in Cedar Rapids, to Julian and Bernice (Petrush) Forde. On Dec. 11, 1971, she married James Mussig in Mount Vernon.
She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and going on trips. She especially enjoyed her trips to Memphis, Tenn., and Branson, Mo., and going to casinos. Patricia worked at Wal-Mart for 27 years.
Patricia is survived by her husband, James; daughter, Kim Mussig of Cedar Rapids; son, Mike (Kristy) of Cedar Rapids; brother, Steve (Donna) Forde of Marion; grandchildren, Austin, Brendyn and Collin Mussig; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, David; and nephew, Justin Forde.
