Patricia Ann Moe, 76, formerly of Davenport, died Friday, July 14, 2017, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids. Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, Davenport. Burial: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids. Friends may visit after 10 a.m. Monday at the church.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Bruce; two daughters, Cathy (Jason) Lopez of Cedar Rapids and Anne Moe of Elsberry, Mo.; four grandsons, Logan and Trevor Anthony and Jake and Alex Lopez; two brothers, Joseph "Pep" (Carol) Hartman of Hiawatha and Robert "Bob" Hartman of Cedar Rapids; brother-in-law, Steve (Carolyn) Moe of Gladbrook; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Patricia Ann was born Aug. 8, 1940, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Joseph and Frances Shramek Hartman. Patricia graduated from Mount Mercy College with a bachelor's degree in education. She married Bruce Moe on Aug. 8, 1964, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids. Patricia started her teaching career in Tipton and taught at several schools in the Davenport and Tipton area. She then was able to take time off to stay at home to support her children during their school and sporting events.
She enjoyed reading novels, especially Danielle Steele, and doing crossword puzzles.
One of Patricia's favorite times of the year was Christmas when she would decorate the inside of the whole house.
