PATRICIA (MCGRATH) EIS

Patricia Ann (McGrath) Eis died at home in Cedar Rapids on April 3, 2015. Services will be 5 p.m. Sunday, April 12, at the Salvation Army, 1000 C Ave. NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405.
Patricia is survived by her loving husband, Donald Eis; her three children, Brandon and Brittany Bazelak, and youngest daughter, Kelsey Young; two beautiful grandchildren, Cadence and Calianna Young; and her younger brother, Samuel McGrath.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Lorraine Robertson; and her sister, Karen Robertson.
Patricia was born June 25, 1956, in Philadelphia, Pa. She was very loved in her community and loved her cat, Weenie.
She will be forever loved and missed.
