Pat Butler, 83, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Sunday, Sept. 7, 2014, at Heritage Nursing Home in Cedar Rapids. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories.
Pat Butler was born Sept. 3, 1931, to Dudley and Ruth McAdams Henneberger in Louisville, Ky. She was united in marriage on Jan. 20, 1950, to Samuel C. Butler in Louisville.
Survivors include her children, Donald (Deb) Butler of Texas, Sandra (Allen) Kaufhold of Cedar Rapids and Barb (Mike) Achey of St. Louis; brother, James (Carma Jean) French; grandchildren, Jodi, Jamie, Jessica, Mariah and Danielle; and six great-grandchildren.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents; spouse, Sam; son, Ed; and granddaughter, Bridget Achey.
A memorial fund has been established.
