Parker, Dianne Theresa

Dianne Theresa Parker, 53, of 1027 Fifth Ave. SE, died of pneumonia June 4, 2013, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City. Services: 2 p.m. Saturday, June 8, at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 218 West Fourth St., Vinton. Inurnment will be at a later date. Arrangements by Woods Funeral Home, Fairbank.

Survivors include a son, Brent (Bridget) Parker of West Union; two granddaughters; three sisters, Marcia (Simeon) Tauber of Arcata, Calif., Sheryl (Garth) Balthazor of Murieta, Calif., and Victoria (Randy) Olson of Bend, Ore.; aunt, Rosemary Boland of Hazleton; and uncle, Delbert Ricklefs of Central City.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; a brother, Donald Ricklefs; and a nephew, Ricky Balthazor.

Dianne was born Sept. 9, 1959, in Anaheim, Calif., daughter of Richard Dean and Francis Lorretta (Boland) Ricklefs. She graduated from high school and was a waitress.
