Pardubsky, Jan
Jan Pardubsky passed away after a brief illness on Nov. 1, 2010.
Janice Ann Donnan was born Dec. 31, 1936, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and married Donald Pardubsky in 1966. She resided in Iowa City for many years before retiring with Don to Surprise, Ariz., in 1996.
She is survived by her husband, Don, Surprise, Ariz.; her son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Peter and Kristin Pardubsky of Cedar Rapids; grandchildren, Claire and Will; a dear aunt, Dorothy Herrington, Cedar Rapids; sister-in-law, Sally Donnan, Cedar Rapids; brother-in-law, Larry Pardubsky and wife Sharlyn of Johnston; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Don and Peter wish to thank the nursing staff and physicians of Del Webb Memorial Hospital for their outstanding care during Jan's brief illness.
Memorial services will be held in Arizona in the near future, with a memorial service planned in Cedar Rapids this spring.
