Pamela Rose Henkel, age 70, of Flowery Branch, GA, formerly of Garrison, IA passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents Jim and Allie Deppe; and 3 brothers. Mrs. Henkel is survived by her husband of 38 years, Eddie Cochling of Flowery Branch, GA; children, Misty (Shannon) Mahr of Dysart, IA, Melody Dusil of Cedar Rapids, IA, Christopher (Stephanie) Henkel of Dawsonville, GA, Stephen (Mary Grace) Cochling of Hawaii, Michele (Nick) Clark of Carnesville, GA, Junior (Brittaney) Cochling of Buford, GA; sister Dawn (Lenny) Drake of Palo, IA, brother Scott Deppe of Amana, IA, brothers- and sisters-in-law, Lori Wenger of Lost Nation, IA; Theresa Pucket of Statham, GA; Eric Cochling of Suwanee, GA ; 14 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and cousins.
Mrs. Henkel was born on December 29, 1953, in Vinton, IA and graduated in 1972 from Washington High School in Vinton, IA. She retired as a customer service manager for Ricoh Copier Company. A memorial service was held in the chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, officiated by Dr. Bill Coates in Georgia.
