PAMELA MOINE Mount Vernon Pamela (Becker) Moine, 57, of Mount Vernon, passed away Aug. 31, 2016, at home with family in San Diego, Calif. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 9, at Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Mount Vernon. Funeral services: 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at the funeral home, by the Rev. Richard Hanson. Burial: Mount Vernon Memorial Cemetery. Survivors include daughters, Abigail (Joseph) VanMilligan and Ashley Hott; sons, Mathew Baumgartner and Mitchell (Haley) Baumgartner; mother, Janice Bedford (Gene Lawrence); grandson, Kaysen Baumgartner; sisters, Connie (Pat) Borschel and MaryAnn (Harvey) Schwartz; brothers, Rick (Dawn) Becker and Brian (Amy) Becker; as well as many nieces and nephews. Pamela was born Sept. 30, 1958, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Having two sets of twins, and the biggest heart, she loved everyone and would do anything for the ones she loved. Everyone who had the honor of knowing Pamela knew she was the kindest, sweetest, toughest woman, who loved her family first and fought to be with them every day.
