Packard, David
David Packard, 66, of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, Sept. 2, 2011, at Mercy Medical Center. Burial: Linwood Cemetery, at a later date. Arrangements with Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include cousins, close friends and beloved dog, Ginger.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mary; and half sister, Diane Zukow.
David was born April 28, 1945, son of William and Libbie (Pazour) Packard, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He graduated from Washington High School and the University of Iowa and had worked for hospice for 20 years. He was a member of Calvin-Sinclair Presbyterian Church.
