Ordell "Del" H. Newgaard, 78, of Western, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015. Celebration of Life services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids. Burial will be in Shueyville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9, at Brosh Chapel. A full obituary will be in Tuesday's Gazette.
