Opal Frances "Fran" Wenman Rogers, 98, died Feb. 17, 2023.
She is survived by her daughters, Karen Ackerman, Debra Rogers, Carole Rogers, Julie Rogers and Teri Rogers; as well as eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Rogers; granddaughter-in-law, Beth Shapcott Fry; grandson, Javon Stovall; great-granddaughter, Kindrey Ackerman; and eight siblings.
Services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 21, at Parkview Church, 15 Foster Rd., Iowa City, Iowa, with visitation from 1:30 to 2 p.m. and a funeral service at 2 p.m.
