Offt, Beth P.
Beth P. Offt, 85, died Saturday, June 16, 2012, from complications of Alzheimer's disease at the Vinton Lutheran Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, at St. John Lutheran Church in Keystone, with the Rev. Richard Osslund officiating. Interment will be in Keystone Cemetery. Friends may call at the church in Keystone from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
She is survived by her daughters, Diane (Craig) Lubbock of Conroe, Texas and Nancy Scott of Vinton; four grandchildren, Christopher Lubbock of Spring, Texas, Corey Lubbock of Conroe, Texas, Ryan (Brandi) Scott of Cedar Rapids and Shane (Lainie) Scott of Vinton; seven great-grandchildren, Taylor, Jordan and Joshua Lubbock of Spring, Texas, Isabella and Bradley Lubbock, also of Spring, Texas, Jace and Hayden Scott of Cedar Rapids; and her nephew, Scott Linkham of Amarillo, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald in 1990; her son-in-law, Bob Scott in 2002; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Vinton Lutheran Home and Hospice Compassus for their wonderful care.
A memorial fund has been established.
