James F. Oetting, 65, of Rio Rancho, N.M., formerly of Lowden, died Sept. 12, 2010. Services: 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Lowden.
Survivors include his children, Jason, Jennifer and Jody; sister, Debra Hamner; and nephew, Adam Hamner.
