James D. Oelke, 90, formerly of Cedar Rapids and Elkader, died Sunday, July 10, 2011, in Mesa, Ariz., following a long illness. There will be no services per Jim's wishes. Memorials may be sent to Arbor Rose Hospice, 6033 E. Arbor Ave., Mesa, AZ 85206.
