O'Brien, Kasey Lee Kohl

Kasey Lee Kohl O'Brien, infant son of Denise O'Brien and Julian Schnittjer died at birth on Friday, Nov. 13, 2009, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Goettsch Funeral Home, Monticello, where friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today. Interment will be in the Oakwood Cemetery. The Rev. Darryl Larson will officiate at the services.

Survivors include his mother, Denise and her boyfriend, Damain Welsh; and his father, Julian. Maternal survivors include his grandparents, Lee and Marsha O'Brien; great-grandparents, Sonny and Loretta Clary, John O'Brien and Bill and Dorothy Norton; aunts, Alicia (Tim) O'Brien, Koree (Travis) O'Brien and Bobbie Norton; uncles, Tommy (Alisha) Norton, LCPL Zachary Norton; great-aunts, Angie (Andy) Peters, Amanda (Anthony) Heinen and Rita (Josh) Schmidt; great-uncles, Shane (Tara) Norton and Billy (Mandy) Norton; and cousins, Andrew Beddingfield, Lillian Boge, Ethan and Kinley Camp, Landon Norton, Nevaeh Norton and Mya and Braxton Pearson.
