Norval "Nip" Oliver, 82, formerly of Cedar Rapids, passed away Dec. 8, 2015, in Mesa, Ariz.
Surviving are his wife, Carol; daughter, Susan; son, Tim; four grandchildren; and sister, Cathy Gerber.
Memorial services will be Jan. 9 in Gilbert, Ariz.
