NORMAN "NORM" MCCLINTOCK

Norman "Norm" McClintock went to celebrate his homecoming with Jesus on May 16, 2018.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 19, 2018, at First Assembly of God on Blairs Ferry Road. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time.

Born Dec. 13, 1937, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids, he was the son of Glenn and Delia McClintock. He graduated from Shellsburg High School in 1955 and he married Marcia Peterson on Dec. 10, 1989.
He was a farmer on the family farm for 30 years, a custodian/bus driver for 25 years, a board member of Farmers Mutual Telephone for 20 years and Benton Mutual Insurance for 15 years and an antique tractor puller with his Allis Chalmers WC1936. He also loved NASCAR racing and had an avid love for horses and anything to do with them.
He is survived by his loving wife, Marcia; five children, Wayne (Gina) McClintock, Jo (Tony) Satariano, Misti (Phil) Huedepohl, Michelle Hartman and Nicole (Clint) Allsopp; eight grandchildren, Janna, Emilee, Michael, Audrey, Luke, Cole, Jack and Sydney; and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
