Noreen E. Waters Cameron, 96, passed away peacefully Nov. 18, 2014. Funeral services: 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home, where visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday.
Noreen was born March 14, 1918, in Wentworth, S.D., to Wardell and Clara (Kukuk) Waters. She married Kenneth W. Cameron on July 29, 1939. They taught and retired from the Cedar Rapids school system.
Noreen leaves daughters, Karnese "Kacy" (Quinn) Novak, Cedar Rapids, and Paula Cameron, Central City; a sister-in-law; nieces and nephews; and special cousin, Pat Eggert.
Instead of flowers, a memorial has been established.
