Nell Jean “Jean” Taylor, 96, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023, at the Good Neighbor Home in Manchester, Iowa.
Survivors include her six children, Janice Everitt of Strawberry Point, Joyce (Thomas) Bulgier of Huntsville, Texas, Jacquelyn (Bruce) Brandes of Sealy, Texas, Russell (Michelle) Taylor of Fairfax, Randall (Cheryl) Taylor of Manchester, and Lynn (James) Mischke of Van Horne.
