Neatha 'Faye" Spading, 80, entered heaven peacefully
on July 8, 2021, with her children by her side.
Per her wishes, she will be cremated. Graveside services will be held for close family and friends at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 15. Iowa Cremation is assisting with arrangements. Services will be officiated by Russ Spading at Koszta cemetery.
Neatha was born Nov. 15, 1940, to Dale and Marcella Kithcart. She attended county school where she graduated in 1959. She married Richard Lee Spading on Jan. 30, 1959. She worked for Rockwell-Collins where she retired after 42 years, where she made many lasting friendships along the way.
Survivors include Deb (Jay) Dana, Linda (Doug) Kozik, Brenda (Chris) Grimes, Ronnie (Heather) Spading and Diane Spading. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, with another due in August and two great-great-grandchildren.
Her family was her greatest joy. She loved deeply, and with her whole heart. She loved pool, Rockwell lunches with her retirees, Elvis and Polka gambling. She could not resist a cold margarita.
She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
