Nancy was born on Aug. 24, 1940, in Dubuque, Iowa, to Victor and Violet Morgan. Nancy graduated Saint Patrick’s High School in 1958. Nancy married Donald Siver on May 12, 1962. Nancy was a active member of Saint Matthew’s church for over 55 years. Nancy worked for Eagles supermarket until it closed, and then worked as a secretary for the Cedar Rapids Schools buildings and grounds department until her retirement. Nancy enjoyed attending church, playing cards, reading and spending time with friends and family. Nancy passed away peacefully in her sleep at her daughter’s home in Oceanside, N.Y., she will be missed. She was formerly of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
She is survived by children, Kimberly Schindler (Salvatore Torrisi), Oceanside, N.Y., and David Siver (Melody), Cedar Rapids; grandchildren, Hillary Schindler, Jacob Siver, Matthew Torrisi and Maya Siver; sisters-in-law, Sandi Siver, Stella Siver and Karolyn Connell; 10 nieces and nephews as well as two stepgrandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by parents, Victor and Violet Morgan; husband, Donald Siver; son, Robert Siver; brother, James Morgan; sister, Connie Humpfer; and in-laws, George and Rita Siver.

will preside over 10 a.m. funeral Mass, Saturday, Sept. 3, 2022, at Saint Matthew’s church 2310 First Ave. NE, Cedar Rapids. Following the funeral Mass a interment of ash service will take place at Mount Calvary Cemetery 375 32nd St. Dr. SE, Cedar Rapids. Followed by a luncheon at Saint Matthew’s Church.
