Myers, Margot
Margot Myers, 85, passed Friday, Dec. 20, 2013. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. Burial will be at a later date.
Margot was born Jan. 22, 1928, to Georg and Lina (Elflein) Rosenbauer in Neustadt, Germany. Margot married Kenneth Myers on Oct. 14, 1947.
Margot is survived by her son, Robert Myers of Anamosa; daughter, Christy (Eberhard) Schmitt of Waterloo; son, Ricky (Vicky) Myers of Palo; daughter, Kathy (David) Button of Cedar Rapids; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Margot was preceded in death by her husband, Kenny Myers.
Margot will be remembered for her love of quilting and traveling.
