Adeline M. Muller
(1920-2013)
Adeline M. Muller, 92, of Cedar Falls, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at the Western Home Communities Elizabeth E. Martin Health Center.
She was born Aug. 1, 1920, in Cayuga, N.D., daughter of Thomas and Magdeline (Waldera) Sobotta. She married Robert Muller on Sept. 6, 1938, in Cayuga. He died March 20, 1970.
She worked at Hinsons Manufacturing during World War II. Later she was employed with the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home for over 37 years, retiring in 1999.
Surviving are her daughter, Becky (Ron) Kehoe of Hopkinton; three grandchildren, Lori Ann (Robert) Hach, Brian Kehoe and Lisa (Matt) Nelson; one great-grandson, Conner Hach; one brother, Raymond (Sheila) Sobotta of Richfield, Minn.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Lois; four sisters, Tracy, Dorothy, Florence and Eleanor; and one brother, Al Sobotta.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Visitation will be one hour before Mass at the church. Richardson Funeral Service in Cedar Falls is in charge of arrangements.
