Always putting his family first, he sacrificed through long hours of courier service to provide. As a man of prayer, he interceded on his entire family’s behalf, praying the blood of Jesus over them. “Handsome Mike” faced life’s challenges through humor and the daily watering of God’s Word, through which he watered his family, friends and all who knew him.
Mukesh was born Feb. 26, 1964, in Guyana, the son of Harry and Rookman (Narine) Parmesar. He was united in marriage to Omashrie Gajraj on March 31, 1985, in South America.
He is survived by a daughter, Nanda (Massi) Pallocci, Rome, Italy; a son, Jimmy (Angela) Parmesar, Anamosa; grandchildren, Axel, Mindy, Kesia, Jael, Stetson, Dietrick and Lexis; his mother, Rookmin Paremsan, New York, N.Y.; a brother, Reeshie; his sisters, Indra, Sattie, Raywattie, Gourwattie, Shamdai, Mohandai and Mintrani; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded by his beloved wife, Omashrie; and his father, Harry.
Taking nothing with him, he left behind a Christian heritage for his children and grandchildren to follow (1 Tim 6:7).
