Moyle, Susan M. (Stalkfleet)

Susan M. (Stalkfleet) Moyle, 56, of Apache Junction, Ariz., formerly of Marion, died April 16, 2011, at home after a short illness. A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 11, at Ascension Lutheran Church, Marion, with Pastor Linda Livingston officiating. A celebration of life will follow the service at the Eagles Club, 1241 Second Ave., Marion, from 5 to 8 p.m.

Survivors include her husband, Tom Moyle; sons, Brett (Angie) Stalkfleet of Cedar Rapids and Brian (Gwen) Stalkfleet of Arizona; stepson, Dale (Rhonda) Moyle; mother, Sally Dundee; brothers, Ken (Deb) Stalkfleet, Tony Stalkfleet and Tom Stalkfleet; and sisters, Sandy (Lloyd) Henderson and Debra Young (Boyd), all of Cedar Rapids; and grandchildren, Alex and Madison of Marion.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert and Steven Stalkfleet.

Susan was born Feb. 3, 1955, in Iowa City to Richard and Sally Stalkfleet. Sue and Tom moved to Arizona in 1985. She loved the mountains and watching Dale Earnhardt. She also loved camping and music, especially Rob Thomas and Matchbox Twenty.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Bruce Peterson for all his help and support during her illness.
