Mormann, Alan
Alan Mormann, 58, of Petersburg, passed away at his home Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013. Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 7, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Delaware, Iowa, by the Rev. Donald Krause. Visitation: 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 6, at Clifton-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Earlville. Additional visitation: one hour before services at the church on Monday. Burial will be in St. Peter and Paul's Catholic Cemetery, Petersburg.
Alan was born Jan. 17, 1955, in Petersburg, the son of William and Alvera (Neuhaus) Mormann. Alan attended grade school in Petersburg and graduated from Beckman High School in 1973. On Oct. 22, 1977, he married Peggy Hansel. To this union was born two children, Nathan and Nicole. They later divorced. On June 27, 1987, Alan was united in marriage to Pam Maurer. To this union was born a daughter, Kayla.
