Morgan, Douglas W.
A celebration of life for Douglas W. Morgan, 66, of Kalona, will be held Tuesday, May 15, at 2:30 p.m. at the Kalona United Methodist Church, with Pastor Gerry Kahler officiating. Burial, with full military honors, will follow at Sharon Hill Cemetery in Kalona. Visitation will be Monday, May 14, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona.
Memorials in Doug's name may be made to the Kalona United Methodist Church, Kalona Scout Pack 234 or the Richmond AMVETS Post 107.
Doug Morgan died Thursday, May 10, 2012, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City following a battle with a blood disease.
