Moffitt, Robert Eugene
Robert Eugene Moffit, 75, of North English, died Monday, Oct. 7, 2013.
He was born Aug. 20, 1938, to Wayne and Martha (Moffit) in Green Valley, east of North English, Iowa. He married Gay Hedrick on Dec. 29, 1956. They had three daughters, Debbie (Clay) Toler of Glen Allen, Va., Sherrie (Ron) Maschmann of Millersburg and Kristi Hargis of Council Bluffs.
Robert enjoyed riding his horses and made many long rides in the state.
Robert was cremated by Eastern Iowa Cremation Service. His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, at the North English Community Center with visitation one hour before the service. There will be a visitation with the family at the home on Friday, any time of the day or evening. Burial will be at the Piersol Cemetery. Robert's wish was come as you are.
