Milver "Mike" M. Klouda, 88, of Cedar Rapids, died Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015, at Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids. Private family graveside services, with military rites, will be at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar
Rapids. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann; daughters, Linda (Jake) Jacoby and Beverly French; brother, Ernie (Jan) Klouda; sisters-in-law, Bonnie Klouda and Madelyn Klouda; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Lester and Marvin.
Milver "Mike" Martin Klouda was born Sept. 6, 1926, in Ely, Iowa, the son of Martin and Georgia (Fisher) Klouda. On Aug. 11, 1948, he married Mary Ann Dostal in Ely. Mike was co-owner of K&H Auto Body in Cedar Rapids for many years until retiring in 1992.
He was a member of the Fairfax American Legion Post 572 and enjoyed fishing and hunting trips to Canada.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in his name to Camp Courageous or a charity of the donor's choice.
