Millie Lavena (Schueler) Otdoerfer, 83, of Strawberry Point, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 12, 2014. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 16, at the St. Sebald Lutheran Cemetery, rural Strawberry Point, with the Rev. Lin Reichstadter officiating. Visitation: 2 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Strawberry Point.
Millie is survived by her daughter, Barbara (William) Palasek of Coralville; two sons, Floyd (Patricia) Otdoerfer of Coralville and Edward (Deborah) Otdoerfer of Hazelton; six grandchildren; two sisters, Susie Cain of Atkins and Helen Jacobus of Cedar Rapids; and one brother, Russell Schueler of Cedar Rapids.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
