Millett, Woody
Woody Millett, 95, died Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012, at Crestview Care and Rehab Center in West Branch. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, at the West Branch United Methodist Church. Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Henderson-Barker Funeral Home in West Branch.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie of West Branch; three children, Sharon “Sherry” Nash of West Branch, Nancy (Lauren) Wear of West Liberty and John (Jan) Millett of Cedar Rapids; six grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Jim (Ida) Foraker of Enfield, Conn. Also surviving is a former family foreign exchange student and now college student from South Korea, Misong Jin, who always thought of Woody as grandpa.
