Miller, George C.
George C. Miller, 98, of Elkader, died Sunday, Aug. 25, 2013, at the Elkader Care Center.
Survivors include his daughter, Georgana (Alan) Johnson of Elkader; grandchildren, Kristine A. (Jonathan) Feist of Cedar Rapids and Gregory A. (Abby) Johnson of North Liberty; great-grandchildren, Andrew Feist, Allie Feist, Alana Johnson, Avery Johnson and Archer Johnson.
Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Elkader. Celebrant: The Rev. Paul R. Peters. Interment: St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Elkader. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Leonard Funeral Home in Elkader. There will be a Knights of Columbus Rosary at 4 p.m. Visitation also will be held one hour before mass time Thursday at the church.
Leonard Funeral Home of Elkader is in charge of arrangements.
