Mildred J. Karasek , 91, died at her home in Phoenix, Ariz., on March 5, 2015.
Her husband of over 58 years, Elmer, predeceased her in 2001.
Mildred is survived by her two daughters, Linda Fitzpatrick (Joe) of Bonaire, Ga., and Pam Shipp (Steve) of Sparks, Md.; a son, David (Connie) of Phoenix; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Mildred will be buried with her husband in Veterans Cemetery, Phoenix.
