MICHELLE LEA (FAULKNER) ZEESHAN

Michelle Lea (Faulkner) Zeeshan, 45, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away Sunday, Aug. 20, 2017, at Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, Tenn., from acute leukemia.
She graduated from Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids in 1990. She worked as a caregiver for the past several years in Tennessee.
She was preceded in death by her infant son, Zachary; her father, Vance Faulkner; along with her grandparents, aunts and uncles.
She is survived by her four children, Shahzaib, Yasmeen, Hina and Micah; mother, Pamela Clinton (Bill Clinton); stepmother, Vicky Faulkner; brothers, Scott Faulkner (Janise Sbejda) and Michael Faulkner (Ashlea); stepsister, Shelby Clinton; and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. We would also like to acknowledge special friends, Pastor Josh (Callie) and Roger Elliott.
A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, at First United Methodist of Church of Church Hill, Tenn. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. with Pastor Joshua D. Kilbourne officiating. A service will be held in Cedar Rapids at a later date.
The family would like to thank all the staff at the Johnson City Medical Center for the excellent care they provided.
