Michele Eileen Kruser, 44, of Bloomfield, Iowa, passed away on March 8, 2021, at the Davis County Hospital. She was born April 1, 1976, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Loren William and Ann Elizabeth (Butler) McQuerry. She married Joseph Jeremy Kruser on Dec. 28, 2002, in Cedar Rapids. The couple had two daughters and they became Michele's priority in life. She was a proud "Dance Mom" and took her daughters to countless dance competitions all over the state and even venturing out to Las Vegas and Boston, Mass. She loved spending time with her girls. Michele enjoyed rooting for the Green Bay Packers and the Iowa Wild. She also enjoyed going on Harley rides with Jeremy.
She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Isabella and Olivia Kruser; father, Loren; mother, Ann; two sisters, Sarah (Joel) Donner and Sallie Luensman, both of Cedar Rapids; two brothers, Mike McAtee and Matt (Dawn) McQuerry, both of Cedar Rapids; parents-in-law, Joe and Jerrilyn Kruser of Dubuque, Iowa; sister-in-law, Jodi (Jeremy) Siebler of Davenport, Iowa; brother-in-law, Jason (Darla) Kruser of Mountain Lake, Minn.; best friend, Jayci (Ben) Beamer of Bloomfield; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Davis County Hospital EMS, nurses, and medical providers who provided excellent care to Michele during her battle with cancer. They are also grateful for the support they received from everyone in the community during this time.
Michele's wish was to be cremated. A celebration of life for family and friends will be held at a later date. A memorial has been established to her family and may be mailed to 22776 195th St., Bloomfield, IA 52537.
