MICHAEL JAMES GOULD
Bradenton, Fla.
Michael James Gould, 71, of Bradenton, Fla., passed away April 5, 2021.
He was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and had moved to Bradenton in 1998 from Illinois. He is survived by his wife, three sons, four daughters and 15 grandchildren.
After enduring many hardships in his younger years, Mike dedicated his life to helping others and trying to give others a chance for a new opportunity for a better life. He had donated to Kirkwood Community College in Iowa, creating the Michael J. Gould Scholarship Fund to support students with their financial needs that were not covered under traditional funding. The family has asked that anyone who would like to honor his memory, please contact Kirkwood Community College and make a donation to the Michael J. Gould Scholarship Fund, so that his dream to make a difference for other, will continue.
