Michael Patrick Conley, 63, of Cedar Rapids, went home to be with the Lord on March 6, 2014. A memorial service will be held at Faith Bible Church (1800 46th St. NE, Cedar Rapids) on March 29 from noon to 3 p.m. All are welcome. The family will be hosting a potluck at noon. Please bring a dish to share during the service.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established to honor Mike at the Mission of Hope in Cedar Rapids.
