Meyers, Emery Elmer
Emery Elmer Meyers, 74, of Heritage Nursing & Rehab Center, Cedar Rapids, died Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010, in Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids. Private family graveside services: 10 a.m. Thursday. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
Survivors include two daughters, one son, one brother, Emil Meyers; one sister, Margaret Behrens; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Lillian (Boots) Meyers; two brothers, William and Donald Meyers; and a sister, Leona Meyers Pettit.
The family would like to thank the staff at Heritage Nursing Home and Mercy Medical Center.
