Merz, Catherine M.
Catherine M. Merz, 101, of Keota, died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010, at Maplewood Manor in Keota. Funeral Mass: 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 31, at Holy Trinity Parish-St. Mary Catholic Church in Keota. Burial: Holy Trinity Cemeteries-St. Mary Cemetery in Keota. Visitation: 3 until 7 p.m. today at Powell Funeral Home in Keota, where there will be a rosary at 3 p.m. and wake service at 4 p.m.
Survivors include three daughters, Nadine (Paul) Greiner of Keota, Elaine (Charles) Roth of Bella Vista, Ark., and Sara (Dean) Horras of Sigourney; nine grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur in 1977; and one brother, Lawrence.
