Melvin "Paul" Sands Jr., 74, of Manchester, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2016, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Survivors include his wife, Paulette Sands of Lake Delhi; his two sons, Chad (Kandy) Sands of Cedar Rapids and Kyle (Blanka) Sands of Manchester; one granddaughter, Reya Sands; one sister, Sandra Cooper of Tama; and his mother-in-law, Maxine Brase of Shell Rock.
