Francis “Fran” J. Meis, 75, of Cedar Rapids, died Wednesday, March 24, 2010, at Manor Care Health Center. Private family graveside services will be at a later date in Marengo Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 26, at Brosh Chapel in Cedar Rapids, located at 2121 Bowling St. SW.
