Meade, Timothy G. 'Tim'
Timothy G. “Tim” Meade, 53, of Atalissa, died Thursday, July 5, 2012. There will be a Celebration of Life gathering on Saturday, July 28, at 2 p.m. in Rock Island, Ill. For more information and directions call (319) 721-0125.
Survivors include his daughter, Elisha Meade, and grandson, Julian Garcia, both of Cedar Rapids; his mother, Carol Meade-Potter (Glenn) of Tiffin; three brothers, Terry, Troy and Ty; two nieces and six nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Tim was born Jan. 27, 1959, to Eugene and Carol Meade. He worked for many years through the Millwright Union.
He enjoyed the outdoors, was an avid hunter, fisherman and especially enjoyed the time he spent with his beloved family and many friends.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
