McFarland, Jack
Jack McFarland, 77, of Ainsworth, died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, at his residence following a sudden illness. Celebration of Life services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at the Ainsworth Community Church with the Rev. Kitch Shatzer officiating. Visitation will begin at noon today at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, where the family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Interment will take place at Oregon Township Cemetery in Ainsworth.
Jack is survived by his daughter, Jackie Weise and husband Nathan of Olds; son, Shawn McFarland and wife Jenny of Ainsworth; grandchildren, Christopher Linton, Madison and Savana Weise, Talon and Mason McFarland; brother, Richard McFarland and wife Bebe of Ainsworth; and three sisters, Phyllis Lopshire of Ainsworth, Delores Coleman and husband Ben of Tuscaloosa, Ala., and Wilma Humphreys and husband Dale of Minot, N.D.
A memorial has been established to Marr Park in Ainsworth.
