Maynard F. Poggenpohl, 88, of North Liberty, died Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015, at his home surrounded by his family. A time of visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8, at Gay & Ciha Funeral Home in Iowa City, where military honors will be provided at the conclusion of the visitation.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his memory.

His family includes his wife, Laura; and seven sons.
